Terms of Service

These Advertising Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of advertising services (“Services”) from seniorcenters.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order for our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Initial Subscription and Payment

Advertisements run for an initial period of six (6) months from the purchase date. Payment is due at the time of order placement through our secure online payment system.

2. Automatic Renewal of Your Subscription

TO ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ALL ADVERTISING SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR SUCCESSIVE SIX (6) MONTH PERIODS. Your original payment method will be charged automatically at the then-current rate for each renewal term, unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

3. Express Affirmative Consent to Recurring Billing

By purchasing our advertising services, you provide your express affirmative consent to the automatic renewal terms and the recurring charges as described herein. You authorize seniorcenters.com to charge your designated payment method for the initial term and for each subsequent renewal term until your subscription is canceled as provided in these Terms.

4. Cancellation Procedure

To prevent automatic renewal of your advertising subscription, you must submit your cancellation request at least thirty (30) days prior to your renewal date using one of the following methods:

• Through your online account via the Customer Dashboard.
• Via email to [email protected].
• In writing via certified mail to: 24881 Alicia Parkway Suite E-320, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.

We will provide a confirmation of your cancellation. If you sign up for the service online, you must be able to cancel it online.

5. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than thirty (30) days before your renewal date or for partial subscription periods.

6. Payment Processing, Security, and Storage

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. Your payment information is securely stored in compliance with applicable payment card industry standards to facilitate automatic renewals. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method you designate for all fees incurred. If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to attempt processing the payment again and/or contact you for alternative payment information. You may update your payment information at any time through your account dashboard; however, cancellations must be submitted as described in Section 4.

7. Advertising Content and Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for the content of your advertisement. All advertisements must be truthful, accurate, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. By submitting an advertisement, you grant seniorcenters.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your advertisement on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

seniorcenters.com is not responsible for the content of any third-party advertisements. We do not endorse any advertised products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the advertising service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
