The Horse Meadow Senior Center, located at 91 North Horse Meadow Road in North Haverhill, New Hampshire, is a key community facility operated by the Grafton County Senior Citizens Council (GCSCC). Serving the communities of Haverhill, North Haverhill, Woodsville, Pike, Monroe, Piermont, Bath, and Benton, the center is dedicated to supporting the health, dignity, and independence of older adults and adults with disabilities.

A wide range of services are offered, with a strong emphasis on nutrition and transportation. The center provides home-delivered meals five days a week and hosts congregate meals every weekday at noon. A lift-equipped bus is available for transportation to the center, as well as for shopping and medical appointments. The Horse Meadow Senior Center boasts a vibrant and diverse activities calendar. Regular programs include Chair Yoga, Drums Alive, Tai Chi, Bone Builders, and various arts and crafts groups.
